Technical Operations Leader

During the last decade, we've been helping international customers to establish dedicated software development teams and technical support operations in Bulgaria. We are now looking for someone to step in as a leader, coach and coordinator for our growing business in Bulgaria. In this role you are helping out to manage the local teams while staying in close touch with our customers. You are motivating and monitoring the team members, coordinating performance reviews, working with recruitments, developing processes and implementing support systems. You are a member of the management team.

We believe that you are an inspiring and energetic leader with a solid background from technical project management or technical operations. You enjoy working with people and communicating with customers. You are well organized, quality oriented and at the same time strategic in your way of thinking. Requirements:
  • 5+ years relevant working experience from project management, managing technical operations or similar
  • Knowledge of modern software development methodologies is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Good IT skills and experience from implementing helpdesk systems or similar is an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • University level studies
